| -Roaming Handset will be allocated according to stock available on the rental day.
|
| -Your phonebook recorded on your SIM card may not display correctly on your own mobile phone if it is edited on the rental handset.

| -PuPuRu shall not be liable in any way nor refund or reduce the Rental Fees if the User incurs damages because it cannot use the Equipment for telephone calls, data transfer or any other telecommunication.

| -If the handset is stolen,lost or damaged,please contact PuPuRu International.
You will also need to contact the mobile phone operator that you subscribe with to cancel the line.The User shall submit to the company a theft or loss report issued by the police.

| -If the handset is not returned within the termination date of the Handset Rental Service agreement,the equipment is deemed as purchased on the termination date of the Handset Rental Service agreement, and you will be billed the purchased amount.
