Is the person I call notified of the rental phone number (caller ID)?
- The rental phone number is displayed in Japan. However, it is not displayed when calling countries and areas other than Japan.

How do I pay for the rental phone?
- Full payment by credit card only is accepted. Please note that payment in cash is not accepted.

Can a billing statement be issued?
- A billing statement can be issued as an optional service.

Can I obtain a receipt?
- A receipt can be issued upon request. Please make the request when submitting the application.

What are the features of the Prepaid Plan?
- The Prepaid Plan ensures that you will not exceed your budget.Settlement of the rental fee may be at one time.

Can I use the e-mail service?
- You can use the e-mail service in the Prepaid Plan.

- The registered units expired for your prepaid-type rental phone. Please buy additional SoftBank Prepaid Cards from the SoftBank outlets across Japan or some convenience stores. Our company also sells additional prepaid cards.

- Yes. International calls are made through the SoftBank International Call Service.
