How do I pay for the rental phone?
Full payment by credit card is only accepted. Please note that payment in cash is not accepted.
Where can I get the devices?
We will deliver our devices to your hotel,apartment and airport you arrive.It is possible to deliver to Narita, Haneda, Kansai International and Chubu International Airports.
Do you rent just a SIM card?
No, we do not offer SIM card only.
Can I transfer rental phone's SIM card into my own iPhone?
It is forbidden.
Can the device display in English?
Yes, we can deliver the device configured in English.
How do I return the device?
The orange envelope is included in the kit. Put the device into that envelope and post into mailbox.The postage fee is included in the delivery fee, so you need not to buy stamps by yourself.Please be careful that you CAN NOT return at the AIRPORT.
Can I choose a paticular model?
Please check the Mobile List and ask us. We can not make it in case that there are no stocks.
Can you tell me the rental phone number beforehand?
We can inform you the number of the phone about 1 week before first rental date.

Can I use e-mail?
You can use e-mail and i-mode as an optional service.
Can I use an Anserphone?
You can use an anserphone service as an optional service.
Is the person I call notified of the rental phone number (caller ID)?
The rental phone number is displayed in Japan. However, if you make a call to areas other than Japan, it is not displayed.
Can a billing statement be issued?
A billing statement can be issued as an optional service.
Can I obtain a receipt?
A receipt can be issued upon request. Please make the request when submitting the application.

Prepaid Plan

What are the features of the Prepaid Plan?
The Prepaid Plan ensures that you will not exceed your budget.Settlement of the rental fee may be at one time.
Can I use the e-mail service?
You can use the e-mail service in the Prepaid Plan.
The phone died while it was in use.
The registered units expired for your prepaid-type rental phone. Please buy additional SoftBank Prepaid Cards from the SoftBank outlets across Japan or some convenience stores. Our company also sells additional prepaid cards.
I want to extend the rental period.
Extensions of the rental period will be in package units.
Example:L+S/L+M/L+L/L+L+L
Can I make outgoing international calls?
Yes. International calls are made through the SoftBank International Call Service.
Can I receive a billing statement?
A billing statement cannot issued for the Prepaid Plan. If necessary, apply for the Basic Plan.

Can I make calls with my smartphone via WiFi?
A.No, you can only use internet end E-mail by WiFi.
How do I use that?
Put the SSID and password printed on the device.
Does this data card have the limit?(e.c. Will I be charged for over 5GB connection?)
We do not set the data limit. Please use the internet as much as you need.
