Both the Basic and Prepaid Plans are for use in Japan only; however, international incoming and outgoing calls are available.
Reception area
Because of the nature of the mobile phone, there may be times when you cannot make or receive calls or the line is disconnected due to bad reception in underground areas or near mountain ranges. Please note that we are not responsible for any losses due to any such failure.
Call rates
- For the domestic Basic Plan, domestic call rates and packet fees are calculated and paid after the rental period.
*It costs call charge to connect to the voice mail service center.
- For the domestic Prepaid Plan, call rates are charged through the prepaid 3,000 yen cards.
For payment by credit card, no installment plan is available.
Please note that we do not issue a statement for phone calls and do not accept any inquiries for detailed information on phone calls made via the rental mobile phones.
If you request an extension to the rental period, please contact us before the final rental day. If you continue to use the phone without notifying us, we will charge an additional fee for the late return.
You need to notify us immediately if your rental phone has been damaged or lost.
We will handle the problem in accordance with the Article 9 and 10 of the Terms and Conditions.

Please note that we are not responsible for any losses to contractors, customers, or third parties as a result of disconnected calls, bad reception areas, defect or breakdown of the handset, or any other reason.
